Hi-Temp (Restricted melt) Pepper Jack Cheese. 1/4 inch diced cubes.  Produce delicious summer sausage, snack sticks, bratwurst, and more by adding high temperature cheese!  This cheese is designed to withstand the cooking process and won't melt out of your product like normal cheese.   Add approximately 10% to your products total weight in cheese for delicious results. Sold in bulk or in 2-1/2 lb packages for use in 25 pound product batches.
