Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered.

Payment Authorization and Shipment Billing

Orders may ship in multiple shipments, including when some items are backordered. When you place an order, we authorize your payment method for the full order amount but do not immediately charge you for items that have not yet shipped. Your payment method is retained on file and charged as each shipment goes out, including backordered items that ship after your original order was authorized. Shipping charges are billed with your first shipment. This authorize-then-charge approach ensures you are only charged for merchandise once it actually ships.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butcher Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
