25 Pound Salami Kit

Very good

Just finished making salami using this kit, came out very good. I used 70% White tail, 30% pork butt, followed easy to use directions and made my first Salami. Only thing I may change on my next kit is adding hi-temp cheddar. Very happy with this kit.

I have been a loyal customer of SIBS for years now and it get's better every year. This was the first year that I made the Salami and gave it away to family. Many members called back saying it's the best that they ever had. You can't go wrong.

is this a dry cure mix? Is it possible to make hard salami in a smoker? Thanks
