Your description of no 6 and 7 don’t match the ingredients list. 7 says it’s milder than 6 or 29 but contains red pepper and black pepper. 6 says it’s a milder sausage that doesn’t contain red pepper but ingredients list red pepper??

Hi there! I see how this can be confusing. Blend #6 should probably be a little more descriptive so it is more clear. I will make an update on our site. Thank you for pointing this out. Blend #6 is similar to #10 with relatively high levels of sage, black pepper, and red pepper. The difference is that it has slightly less black pepper and NO crushed red for a little more mild sausage flavor. In the Pork Sausage family. The flavor intensity of sage, black, and red pepper goes in this order. Blend #10, #6, #29, and Blend #7 being the mildest. Thanks!-SIBS
