Medium - 18" x 12" x 1-1/8" custom made hand crafted Hard Maple Cutting Board. Double sided. Both sides are smooth for serving or cutting. Made from edge grain hard maple. Maple is the perfect cutting board material providing scratch resistance and prevents knife dulling. Maple is a food-safe, durable, long lasting, closed-grain, small pored wood. All boards are pre-treated with food safe mineral oil and wax. Boards include care instructions.
