The #32 plate diameter is 3-7/8 inches with a 1/2 inch center hole. There 3 notches in the edge of the plate. 1/4 inch grind holes for coarse grind. Good choice for products where large particle definition is desired.
Designed for tough work, these plates are manufactured from D2 tool steel for maximum durability. 58-60 RC hardness for extra long life. These plates will fit most American commercial grade Enterprise style meat grinders. They will also fit Enterprise and Chop-Rite meat choppers.
NOTE: May not fit properly in Cabela's, Weston, Bass Pro, LEM, or other light duty Chinese made meat grinders.
