#12 hub type meat grinder plate with 1/2 inch grind holes for a coarse grind. A 1/2" grind is a good choice for a first grind breaker plate, chili, soup, or stew meats.
The hubbed plate design helps to stablize the plate, reducing wear and also allows for easier removal. The plate diameter is 2-3/4 inches with a 3/8 inch center hole. There is a flat edge on the side of the plate. Fits Butcher Boy, Toledo, and most US made #12 meat grinders that use Cleveland or Toledo style plates.
