Reversible Enterprise style #22 meat grinder plate with 3/16 inch grind holes for a medium grind. A 3/16" grind is a good choice for gourmet burgers or products where some particle definition is desired.

The reversible plate design allows that as one side becomes worn the unused side can be paired with a new or sharpened knife thereby extending the life of the plate. The plate diameter is 3-1/4 inches with a 7/16 inch center hole. There is one notch on the side of the plate that fits to the plate holder pin in the grinder housing. Fits Biro, Hobart, Torrey, Pro Cut and most US made #22 meat grinders that use Enterprise style plates.
