Enterprise style #32 hub type meat grinder plate with 5/16 inch grind holes for a bit larger but still a medium coarse grind. A 5/16" grind is a good choice for products where a large particle definition is desired.
The hubbed plate design helps to stablize the plate, reducing wear and also allows for easier removal. The plate diameter is 3-15/16 inches with a 33/64 inch center hole. There are three notches in the edge of the plate that align to the plate holder pins in the grinder housing. Fits Biro, Hobart, Torrey, Pro Cut and most US made #32 meat grinders that use Enterprise/ Hobart style plates.
