Hubbed grinder plates can only be used on one side. This hub serves a dual purpose; it acts as a bearing surface for the centering pin and makes plate removal easier
Reversible grinder plates can be used on both sides. We recommend you have two separate knives to match each side.

Reversible Enterprise style #32 meat grinder plate with 1/8 inch grind holes for a fine grind. The reversible plate design allows that as one side becomes worn the unused side can be paired with a new or sharpened knife thereby extending the life of the plate. The plate diameter is 3-15/16 inches with a 33/64 inch center hole. There are three notches in the edge of the plate that align to the plate holder pins in the grinder housing. Fits Biro, Hobart, Torrey, Pro Cut and most US made #32 meat grinders that use Enterprise/ Hobart style plates.
